Insurance Claims

The Roof & Company's main area of expertise is assisting in insurance claims. From the free roof inspection of identifying hail and wind damage, to meeting the insurance adjuster on site to assist, the Roof & Co. will help you through it all. Landon, Steve, and Drew are seasoned pros when it comes to insurance claims, and on top of that may even know the insurance adjuster assigned to your claim. It does not matter which insurance company you have, we work with them all.
Steps of the Process
  1. We inspect your roof for free for any signs of hail or wind damage and advise on whether or not to file a claim.
  2. The claim will be assigned to an insurance adjuster who will come to the property to inspect the damages, or send a third-party inspection company to inspect. Landon, Steve, or Drew will be present at this on-site inspection to assist the insurance inspector in identifying damage.
  3. If approved, we guide you step-by-step in picking your shingle colors, explaining how payment by your insurance company works (ACV, RCV, depreciation, etc), explaining how our roofs are installed, and answering any and all questions you may have.
